Private and Group Classes
Obedience Training
For prevention of problem behaviours, and promotion of good obedience, the motto is: start early and practice often. The sooner you establish rules and boundaries and begin training, the easier it will be to achieve the dream dog you always wanted.
Whether you choose private training sessions, or group classes, you get a knowledgeable professional who will help you get everything set up the right way from the start. We can help with things like crate training, puppy biting, potty training, family obedience, come when called, stay off the furniture, demand barking and much much more.
All private programs can be tailored to fit your needs.

Our group Puppy Kindergarten class is 8 weeks of socialization, obedience, and confidence building for your pup. Puppies should start before 3 months of age to get the most out of the critical socialization period, and finish before 6 months of age. These classes are open enrolment, and run on Sundays, and Mondays at 6:00pm. You can start classes whenever your puppy comes home.

We currently offer 3 Levels of Obedience in group class format that introduce family friendly obedience, and foundations for service dog training, and dog sports. Each course is 6 weeks in length, and each builds on top of the skills learned in the previous course.

After Level 3, you and your dog ready to tackle more advanced obedience for dog sports, or service dog work.

Private Training
Set Them Up for Success
4 sessions to cover the basics, or trouble shoot minor issues: teach your dog about manners in the home, crate training, and basic obedience like sit, down, stay, and come when called. For puppies we also cover biting, chewing and potty training.
Manners And More
​
8 sessions to cover everything in the 'Set Them up for Success' program, plus additional training so that you can achieve on-leash obedience that you can take on the road. Work on leash manners, go to place, and more.
Dream Dog
12 sessions to cover everything in the previous two programs, plus add on off leash obedience, tricks, dog sport foundations, or anything you can imagine.

Group Classes
Puppy Kindergarten
A comprehensive program for the new puppy owner to learn all about raising, and training their new family member. We offer lots of socialization, obedience training, and exploratory learning
Obedience Training Level 1 (6 weeks)
Attention, Leave-it, Loose Leash Walking, Sit, Down, Stay, Come, Go To Place.

Obedience Training Level 2 (6 weeks)
Building on level 1 by adding more distractions to loose leash walking, stays, and recalls. Adds on stand, formal heeling, front position, and finishes.
Obedience Training Level 3 (6 weeks)
Continues to build reliability with previously taught behaviours by increasing distractions, and transitioning to off leash. Adds on distance behaviours, and working for alternate reinforcers.
Dog Sports
Rally Obedience
CKC and/or CARO style rally obedience taught by an experienced, and successful rally-o competitor. These courses are good for people looking for a new challenge, as well as those interested in competing. Classes available from novice, up to masters, and versatility excellent.

Agility
Foundation skills, and equipment familiarization for people looking for a new challenge with their dog. We do not offer competitive level preparation at this time.
